Wallace Kennels takes in stray and abandoned dogs from Brentwood and Chelmsford, offering safety, care, and hope. All proceeds will go to the registered charity Friends of Wallace Kennels to contribute towards vet bills, running costs and keeping the dogs comfy and cosy, as well as bringing them the festive cheer they deserve. 🐶❤️

Promoter & Benefactor
The promoter(s) of this prize draw are The Fluffy Dog Club Grooming Salon
The benefactor(s) of this prize draw is Friends of Wallace Kennels (registered charity no.1019306). All proceeds from this prize draw will support this Charity and its charitable purposes.
Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter or the Benefactor and their immediate families, as well as anyone connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter.
Entry Method
To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
Free entry is also available by post. See the prize draw page for the free entry postal address. Further details about the free entry route rules are below.
Dates
The prize draw opens on 01/12/25 and closes on 21/12/25. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
Prize Details
The prizes are £90 grooming voucher / £45 Grooming voucher / Home Grooming Hamper / Natural Treat Hamper and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. Vouchers can only be redeemed in-person in the Fluffy Dog Grooming Salon for services offered by the salon.
Grooming vouchers must be redeemed in-person and can be used towards services offered by The Fluffy Dog Grooming Salon.
There are four prizes available.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using randomized software.
The draw will take place on 21/12/25 and the winner(s) will be notified within 7 days of the draw taking place.
Winners must claim their prize by responding to the email/text within seven days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.
Winners will be announced publicly via the Crowdfunder project page within seven days of the close date. Further details about publicity are below.
Personal Data
Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).
The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry
Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage to Unit 8, The Old Stockyard, Cricketers Lane, Herongate, CM13 3PZ
Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.
Publicity
By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.
Disclaimers and Amendments
The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified which will only be used in accordance with this privacy notice. Vet’s Contact details,
Information and preferences relevant to your pet.
We use this information for the following purposes:
· Internal record keeping.
We may phone, text or mail you regarding your pet’s past or future appointments.
We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting clients of The Fluffy Dog.
In an emergency we may share your information with a vet. In the event we are unable to contact your specified vet we may share your information with a vet of our choosing.
We will not provide your information to any third party not specified above for any other purpose without your express permission.
We will keep your information on our client record cards, T&C consent form, Smart Phone/IPAD and our web-based appointment booking system.
All information is kept securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will regularly check to ensure we hold the most current details for you.
