Please book delivery before checking out to ensure a convenient time slot.

🐾 Important Information:

  • 🕒 Delivery Slots: We’ll always aim to arrive within your chosen time window — if we’re ever delayed, we’ll keep you updated.

  • 🚪 Be Home: Please make sure someone is in to receive your order. We can’t leave raw food unattended unless agreed in advance. If no one is there to receive it a refund cannot be granted.

  • ❄️ Keep It Frozen: Your food will be transported in our freezer and should be put straight into your own freezer on arrival. Let us know right away if anything doesn’t look right.

  • 🔄 Changes: Need to move or cancel your booking? Please call 07773 394272 and give us 24 hours’ notice.

  • 🚗 Area & Minimum: We currently deliver across the CM15 areas only. A minimum order of £30 applies.
