Freeflow mince is an ingredient, not a complete meal. We suggest that our 'Ready to Mix' products are prepared with fruit, vegetables and healthy carbohydrates, such as brown rice. We also recommend adding a good quality vitamin and mineral supplement.

Storage instructions
Defrost in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for a couple of hours.
Keep frozen until ready to thaw and serve.
Once defrosted, store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
